Over the past two years, our world has been transformed. With people staying home, protecting themselves and their families, we’ve seen how important the Internet is in keeping our global connections alive. But who is growing the Internet? Who is ensuring all people will eventually have equal access to this powerful resource?

This year’s Internet Hall of Fame induction will celebrate 21 individuals who have shouldered the mantle of Internet growth and strength. They have pushed forward the Internet Society’s vision that the Internet is for everyone.

The 21 inductees have contributed their time, ingenuity, and lives to building a better Internet. We are humbled by the opportunity to commend them for their work and sacrifice.

Please join us as we honor and commend these innovators at the 2021 Internet Hall of Fame induction ceremony. The event takes place on 14 December 2021 at 14:00-16:00 UTC.
