The event will see the participation of Ms. Egelyn Braun (Legal Officer, DG Justice, European Commission) as a keynote speaker, and feature a panel discussion among experts from academia, the private sector and consumer associations. The aim is to promote the debate on the public consultation the European Commission is about to launch concerning the evaluation of three fundamental pieces of EU consumer policy legislation – the Unfair Commercial Practices Directive (UCPD), the Consumer Rights Directive (CRD), and the Unfair Contract Terms Directive (UCTD). 

The event will take place at FTI Consulting’s new office in Avenue des Arts 56 in Brussels.
