SUMMARY:A conversation on AI and digital policy priorities
DESCRIPTION:On the occasion of the Transatlantic Week (TAW) organised by the Transatlantic Policy Network (TPN), EIF will host ‘A conversation on AI and digital policy priorities’ with MEP Axel Voss, Rapporteur on the 'AI Act' and EIF Steering Committee member, and Ajit Jaokar, AI Visiting Fellow, University of Oxford and author of the EIF report 'The Digital World towards 2040'. Open to all EIF members and TAW participants, the exchange will be preceded by a networking lunch. TAW brings together EU and US policy-makers and stakeholders to discuss security, political, economic and digital aspects of the Transatlantic relationship. The theme of this year’s edition is “Challenges Ahead for EU US Relations: Developing a Roadmap towards 2030”. Unlike its previous editions, this year TAW will exceptionally take place in the European Parliament in Brussels rather than in Capitol Hill, Washington DC.
