On the occasion of the Transatlantic Week (TAW) organised by the Transatlantic Policy Network (TPN) with the support of EIF, EIF plans to organise an MEP visit to Washington DC and New York City from Monday 18 until Thursday 21st July 2022. 

TAW brings together EU and US policy-makers and stakeholders to discuss security, political, economic and digital aspects of the Transatlantic relationship. The theme of this year’s edition is “Facing the Challenges Ahead Together: Towards Transatlantic Partnership 2030”. The TAW programme in Washington DC will be followed by a full 1-day programme in New York City to be organised by EIF for its Political members (MEPs), led by the EIF Chair Pilar del Castillo MEP.
