ABOUT

Oliver Väärtnõu is the CEO of Cybernetica with long-term experience in innovation and technology management. Previously, he was the Strategy Director for the Estonian Government Office and the CEO of the ELIKO Technology Competence Center for Electronics and ICT. He has also served as the Deputy Head of Foreign Relations in the Global Trust Council in Sweden, and worked as management consultant for GTC Technologies AB in Denmark. Over the years, he has been a member of several national and international working groups. Today, he is a member of the Research and Development Council to the Prime Minister of Estonia, member of the Board at the Estonian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and chairman of the Estonian Information Security Association. He has a Master of Science in Innovation and Science Policy from University of Sussex.
