An Extraordinary General Assembly will take place by written procedure by 30 June, jointly with EIF’s 20th Annual General Assembly, to approve amendments to the EIF Statutes in order to comply with the new Belgian code of 23 March 2019 for companies and associations.

Members will receive all the necessary documents in due time.
