Lina Gálvez Muñoz is a Member of the European Parliament representing Spain and serves as Vice-Chair on the Committee on Industry, Research and Energy. In addition to her committee assignments, she is a member of the delegation for relations with the United States.
She was Minister of Knowledge, Research and University of the Regional Government of Andalusia from 2018 to 2019.
