Prabhat Agarwal is currently working on the European Commission's policies and regulation in the field of online platforms and electronic Commerce. He comes from a background of academic and industrial research. He joined the European Commission in 2007, and has since then covered a variety of digital innovation and regulatory areas, as well as foresight. His particular interest lie at the intersection of science, technology, society, and the law.
