Patrick Grant is a Senior Digital Policy Manager from the EU Affairs Office of Samsung Electronics. He covers EU policy issues related to privacy, cybersecurity & data. He has been working inside and outside of the EU institutions since 2011 where he began his career in the office of James Elles MEP. In 2014 he moved to BusinessEurope where he covered policies related to the free movement of goods, public procurement and digital. He joined Samsung Electronics in 2020. Patrick is a trained lawyer with an LPC, attended the Internet Leadership Academy and has completed the Schuman Scholarship.
