Liam Benham is Vice President of Government & Regulatory Affairs at IBM Europe, and Vice Chair of the Digital Economy Task Force at BusinessEurope. He was also the former Chair of the Europe Committee at the Information Technology Industry Council (ITI).

Liam leads government affairs activities for IBM in Europe, including relationships with EU institutions in Brussels and national governments across the continent. He leads a team focused on a range of digital and innovation policy areas. Liam joined IBM in February 2012, having spent 15 years in senior government relations positions at Ford Motor Company, based in the UK, Brussels and Asia.
