Claudio Teixeira is a Digital Rights Legal Officer at BEUC, the European Consumer Organisation, responsible for matters related to telecommunications, digital services and cybersecurity, currently working on the Cyber Resilience Act and Digital Services Act. A law graduate from the University of Coimbra and College of Europe, Cláudio was previously Junior Legal Attaché at the Permanent Representation of Portugal to the EU in Brussels during the 2021 Portuguese Presidency of the Council of the EU, working on the negotiations of the Digital Markets Act and the public CbCR Directive.
