Amal Taleb is currently Director of EU Government Affairs in Brussels for the European Cloud provider SAP, after holding for 5 years the role of SAP Director of government affairs in Paris.
Lawyer by trade, Amal has previously served as an in-house legal and policy officer for the French consumers’ organization UFC Que Choisir, where she handled both litigation cases and policy files with regards to competition, platform regulation and data protection. in 2016 and 2017, Amal also served as Vice-President of the French Digital Council, an advisory body to the French government on digital issues. During her tenure, her works focused on SMEs digitization policies and data protection in public sector.
