Arthur Percheron is a senior patent attorney in matters spanning IP strategy, due diligence, patent asset management and opposition/appeal proceedings. He is currently working at Schneider Electric, where he specializes in the industrial automation business, on topics such as device connectivity, artificial intelligence, and Industry 4.0. Schneider Electric is a Fortune 500 company powering the digital transformation in energy management and automation with over 180+ years of history and innovation, over 28.9B annual revenues, and over 128,000 employees worldwide. Previously, he was working in private practice helping SMEs and start-ups to define IP strategies tailored to their needs. He is part of the European patent institute (EPI). He also holds a lawyer certificate from the Bar in Paris and gained experience working on patent disputes relating to telecommunication standards.
