Jean has spent the past 20 plus years working in the areas of Environmental Compliance, Policy development and implementation, Corporate Social Responsibility and Sustainability. She spent 17 years with Dell implementing WEEE, Battery and Packaging compliance programs in Europe and globally. From 2019 - 2021 she ran her own Sustainability Consultancy working with a number of Global IT brands on the development and implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility strategies and Regulatory or Standards Compliance activities. From 2021 – 2023 she was Chief Sustainability Officer with TES and is now working with Lenovo as part of their global ESG team.
