Margarete Rudzki currently works as head of Unit for digital policies at the German Confederation of crafts and small businesses in Brussels.
She is responsible for a variety of policy files, including Artificial Intelligence, Cybersecurity, data and digital platforms. Her job is to make sure that European digital policies reflect the interests and needs of SMES, in particular craft businesses in Germany. Her previous experience includes working as a Team Leader and Programme Manager at the European Commission at DG Employment on the European Social Fund. She holds a Master's degree in Political Sciences and French and an Executive Master from ESCP Business school in London and Paris.
