Anita Debaere is Director of Pearle*-Live Performance Europe. This pan-European federation counts, through its member associations, more than 13 000 organisations in the live performance ecosystem. Pearle* is also recognised as a social partner, taking part in European sectoral social dialogue. Anita Debaere worked in the music sector and for an energy company, before joining Pearle*. Anita Debaere sits in different steering committees of European projects, she is regularly invited to give expert views on sectoral questions at conferences, stakeholder meetings, in research and studies.
