
With over ten years of expertise in financial services policy, Frida Stokland, Public Policy Manager for Payments at Amazon, leads engagement with EU institutions on key regulatory initiatives, including payment services, the digital euro, and open finance. Prior to Amazon, she shaped public policy on financial market regulation as Senior Associate Vice President at Deutsche Börse Group for over five years. Frida began her career at the Permanent Representation of Sweden to the EU, where she held several different roles, gaining first-hand experience in Council negotiations and deep insight into EU decision-making.
