ABOUT

Maria Rosa Gibellini has been Director General at the European Internet Forum (EIF) since 2012. She is an expert in association management, strategy and communications, and has been in the digital policy, innovation and technology sector for most of her career.

With an Executive Master in International Association Management from Solvay Brussels School, she served as Board member and Vice-President of the European Society of Association Executives (ESAE) from 2018 to 2023.

An Italian national, Maria Rosa is Co-founder and Board member of the Italian network of digital policy professionals - Digitalians.
She has also served as juror at the .eu Web Awards organised by EURid for 5 editions.
