Monika Ladmanová works for the European Commission, she is the Advisor in the Cabinet of Vice President for Democracy and Values, Ms. Vera Jourová. Previously, she was an Advisor in the Cabinet of the Commissioner for Justice, Consumers and Gender Equality. Before this appointment, she worked as Corporate Social Responsibility Manager at IBM Czech Republic. Previously, she worked for the Open Society Foundation in Prague, as Strategic Development Officer and as the Executive Director. She initiated establishment of the Slovak-Czech Women's Fund where she served as a Chair of the Board and was also a founding member and Chair of International Gender Policy Network.
