Phédra Clouner is currently the Deputy Director of the Center for Cybersecurity Belgium (CCB), a leading position she has held since its founding. She is also a member of the Advisory Board of the International Cybersecurity Forum (FIC), a global platform dedicated to fostering collaboration and innovation in the field of cybersecurity.
With a Master's degree in Ancient History and a Master's in Information & Communication Technology from ULB, Phédra began her career as an IT Project Manager at the Ministry of Finance. She later moved to the Ministry of Justice, where she led initiatives in information management, business intelligence, and web content management. Her expertise grew to include document and records management, and she took on leadership roles as chair of document@work and as head of the Belgian branch of FEDISA International.
Passionate about information security, Phédra served as CISO for the Ministry of Justice before joining the CCB. She is also a Founding Member of Women4Cyber, an initiative by the European Cyber Security Organization (ECSO), and continues to make significant contributions to the field of cybersecurity.
