The Cloud and AI Development Act is establishing a framework for reclaiming digital autonomy and addresses key challenges: how to scale indigenous cloud infrastructure to meet the resource-intensive demands of modern AI; how to ensure that sovereignty requirements do not fragment the Single Market; how to bridge the investment gap; how to maintain high standards of interoperability while securing sensitive data within sovereign boundaries?

The debate will explore how CADA bolsters Europe’s digital independence, safeguarding its control over critical data and emerging technological ecosystems.
